Is Blue Star Investments trustworthy?

We are a local company based in Sherwood, but we service the metropolitan area. Incorporated in 2019, owner Dwayne Niles has a family-owned and operated business. BSI workers are trustworthy cleaners living in the local area. The Little Rock area is not very big and we love positive customer feedback.

We service Sherwood, Little Rock, Jacksonville, Maumelle, North Little Rock, Cabot, Benton, and Bryant.

How often do you clean?

We will clean as often as needed, which may mean daily, weekly, monthly, or just once. It’s up to you.

Does someone need to be at the business for you to clean?

No. We will obtain the proper information to clean if you are not on site.

Can you clean after special events?

Yes, we can. Please call in advance to schedule a special cleaning, so we are prepared to fully accommodate you.

What is the cost of your cleaning services?

Our rates vary with the size and complexity of each job. We need to physically view your property before accepting a job but can provide a guesstimate over the phone.

What are your payment options?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. For your convenience, you can pay with a credit card directly through Blue Star Investments’ secure website.

Do I pay for an estimate?

No, we do not charge for estimates. If you are interested in cleaning services for your home, please set up an appointment with-in our website. One of our cleaning supervisors will come to your home or office to perform a free assessment. As part of your estimate, we will customize a cleaning plan and checklist of services that would fit your specific needs.

Do I have to keep a form of payment on file?

Yes. All reoccurring residential and commercial accounts will be charged each month before beginning the next service. This prevents BSI Janitorial from having to “collect payments” and ensures you receive continuous premium service. As a consumer, you are protected by your credit card company. If you have any concerns please contact us or your credit card company.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No, you are not required to sign any contracts. We work on an “as needed” basis and you determine that. It could be once a year or twenty times a year, we want to provide the best and most flexible service to you without making you sign a contract.

Can I receive a discount for agreeing to a cleaning contract?

Yes, we offer discounted pricing for regular route-based services for homes and businesses.

How do I know what you cleaned while you were here?

Before our cleaner leaves, they complete a cleaning checklist. This checklist tells you everything that was cleaned. If anything is unable to be cleaned in one visit, those areas will be noted on the checklist and given the most attention during the next visit.

Are your employees screened with background checks?

Yes! All of our employees are screened with Arkansas State Police background checks and personal reference checks.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?

We offer you the choice of using your cleaning supplies or ours. Some customers prefer their own products used because of allergies.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes, we do! If you are dissatisfied with a cleaning visit, we will come out to solve any problems and credit that cleaning on your next invoice. Basically, you don’t have to pay for the cleaning you are not happy with. If you invest in quality cleaning from us, we promise you nothing less than quality work.

What is your cancellation policy?

We accept cancellations or rescheduled appointments 48 hours in advance. Please understand that we book our appointments very early, so scheduling an appointment on short notice is often not an option.

When will my account be charged?

Customer accounts are charged the day of service for a one-time cleaning or monthly for reoccurring cleanings. The same applies to commercial accounts.

Is BSI Janitorial insured?

Yes. We are covered with an extensive liability and bond policy.

Are you eco-friendly?

Yes. We utilize green products and prefer paperless billing as well.
